The majority of the photos in this section were chosen for their dramatic appeal. Needless to say, any home inspector should be able to pick up on the obvious conditions. The difficult part of the job is to find the subtle problems and understand their effect. Click on the photo description and it will take you to the gallery of your choice. Keep in mind that these represent some of the worst (or most photogenic) conditions that we find. Chances are that photos of your home will not end up here.
